Having grown up in the community, her familiarity with local neighborhoods, builders, and market trends gives her clients a distinct advantage, whether buying, selling, or investing.
Gianna is dually licensed in North and South Carolina and has built a high-volume business, closing over $27 million in sales across 70+ transactions while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail. Her business is largely referral-based, a reflection of the strong, long-term relationships she builds with her clients.
